Meet Our Instructors

The professional wellness team of Mirbeau Balanced is a skilled group of instructors trained in a variety of specialties. Most of our instructors also teach at our on-site locations in Skaneateles NY, Albany NY, Rhinebeck NY and Plymouth MA. Scroll down to view Instructor Bios.

Debbie Bobbett

Balance, Pilates

Debbie has a BS in Exercise Science and Masters in Health Education. She is an ACSM Personal Trainer, Cancer Exercise Specialist and IIN Health Coach. Debbie has worked in corporate fitness and taught at clinics, hospitals and universities.

HIIT, Strength

Robyn has a BS in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Kinesiology. She has worked in corporate fitness, commercial fitness, cardiac rehab, medical based wellness centers and universities.

Eric Prager

Mobility

Eric Prager has degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Management. He is a certified National Strength & Conditioning Coach. Eric's extensive career has included health club management, international lecturer and college professor.

Krissy Wolak

Strength

Krissy is an ACE and WITS Certified Personal Trainer. She is also a certified Fitness Kickboxing and Cycling Instructor as well as an ASCA Level 2 Swim Coach.

One of our instructors, Curt Anthon

Curt Anthon

Qigong & Tai Chi, Yoga, Strength

Curt has been practicing Qigong and Tai Chi for over 10 years and is a certified trainer with the Yang Family Tai Chi Association. He has also acquired certification in Qi Medicine and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Amy is a Physical Education Teacher. Her Masters is in Coaching Pedagogy. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years.

Stephanie holds both RYT 200 and RYT 300 yoga certifications and is in the practicum phase of her yoga therapy program certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

Rosemary has been a Ballroom Dance Instructor for many years. Her additional certifications include Yoga RYT-200, Cycling, Spin and HIIT.

Patrick is a certified instructor of the Katonah Yoga Method in addition to having completed his 200-Hour YTT and also Chair Yoga Teacher training.
