Intro to Cardio
This video series is a beginner cardiovascular fitness program that can be performed at home or anywhere! It includes an introductory video reviewing the basics of aerobic activity plus 10 follow-along cardio workout videos featuring both low impact and high impact exercise options throughout. Each workout is 20-30 minutes. Start with a few minutes a day and slowly progress to the recommended guidelines of 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity. No equipment needed.
